      Love the bank in general, but this has got to be their worst branch. The lines are always long and the staff are painstakingly slow. Also, you can't place a deposit through the ATMs, which is quite inconvenient.

      Pretty bad service waited for a full hours and then just got hanged up and the reason for my calling was because I couldn’t use my new debit card so disappointing now i gotta cancel this entire account and go back to bmo

      Hi Eric, if you have a chance can you let us know if you just got your new debit card today? Our card processor informed us this morning that there is a delay for activation in new cards and they are working to resolve this issue. Please let us know if that is the case and we can follow up once we are informed that this delay is resolved.
