  This bank has the most friendly, helpful, polite employees that I have ever run across. Every time I go in there I really feel appreciated as a customer. I would absolutely recommend using this bank. Outstanding customer service! !

  I have no idea what the inside of the bank is like but the ATM only works about half of the time. That’s actually pretty good considering the one on Villard only works about 20% of the time and the one on west capital only works about 30% of the time. I have never seen a bank with such horrible ATMs I don’t know what is going on and why their ATMs are so awful but they’re the worst.

  Worst wells fargo, only 1 employee at the window always, lines are always so long, it takes almost 35 minutes to get up to counter. The lady that sits at her desk could take acouple minutes and make the line go down. They need better management here. Better staff and better service. At least apologize for how long this takes.
