      We tried for a month to get our Chrysler 200 fixed for a HVAC system problem. The local bigger dealership in our city could not figure it out. They automatically went for the more expensive invasive way to look for the problem. They still could not fix it. Gary and his team listened to our concerns without saying or thinking that the "little lady" did not know what she was talking about. Our car was fixed the same day we brought it in. Edward's knows our dollar counts and they worked on it until they were satisfied it was fixed and when made sure we were satisfied it was working.
