      This CU has always been amazing. great staff and great rates. The only reason i did not give 5 stars is the app is difficult at times. which is probably my fault.

      If I could leave no stars I would. They can never keep your balance accurately updated. Some transactions take up to two weeks before your payment is actually gone through. This has to be the worst bank. Don’t recommend.

      Nancy Gonzalez was amazing in helping me deal with paying off my loan, setting up my accounts, and making sure everything was done decently and in order. I HIGHLY recommend Texan Sky (formerly known as Shamrock Federal Credit Union). I have been a member for 20 + years. GREAT rates. Excellent customer service!
