      I will make sure to NEVER EVER get a car loan through this company again. I have called numerous times to have them put $100 every payment towards my principal and have even been set up for it to auto draft from my account. They have still not being putting anything at all towards my principal. Even custom service tried to tell me it doesn't matter, it doesn't save money on interest. Screw these people!!!

      I am a disabled senior citizen who used the 28th St location. The security guard by the ATM was very unprofessional and rude to me. I reported the entire incident of this matter to the authorities in Austin Texas and also the federal authorities too. Then next to radio, tv, and social media. Sincerely, Cvm.
