      Jessi at this branch was AMAZING! She really helped me out and was so understanding and patient with me getting everything set up. She really went above and beyond to take care of me and really made me feel like she cared. Best customer service ever!

      Terrible customer service, Jeffery is extremely rude!! Responding to your response, what is concerning is one of your employees answer the phone as Jeffery and now you’re saying you don’t even have a employee named that. Which makes sense the way he treated me.

So please give us a call. Will, we do use a third party to answer calls when the volume is high, and they also answer for us after hours. We would really like to hear from you so we can research more and take care of this, and we do not know how to contact you because you are not our member.
