      Had a great experience with Patrick and his team. Not to get into the details but our loan situation was a bit complicated. Patrick navigated that complexity with ease whereas other lenders kind of fell flat. During the whole process he was incredibly communicative and helpful.

      Patrick was not my first choice, but he should have been. He worked with me on two separate mortgages loans, one of which fell through because of the seller unwilling to negotiate.
