      Yesterday & today I called 8-10 local title companies (RGS, Optima, Key, Premier, Ekko, Universal...) JDM is the only company who was able to help with a TITLE search for a home I'm not buying or selling. The price is reasonable and turn around is 2-4 days. Considering all these companies are title search companies I don't understand why JDM is the only company able to assist with a title search. Ekko was going to send me along to someone who could assist but could not find the number of a company they recommend.
