      Due to the lack of response from Ekmar Title, my closing date was missed on the sale of my property, which created a delay of the payoff of my mortgage. This resulted in me having to pay an additional several hundred dollars in another monthly mortgage payment, which came due the following week. This payment also changed my total payoff amount on my mortgage, and more than a week after my closing date was missed, there has been no response or update to my closing documents from Ekmar. When I called I was told there was no one who could help me in the office and to leave a message. This title company has single handedly held up the sale of my property, at this point, indefinitely. Never use them. Just don't.
