  Wonderful bank! Everyone is so nice and helpful. Branch manager Katie is knowledgeable and polite. It's a joy to come here.

  Moved to the Tahoe City area, opened my account online and then needed some basic banking and the manager of the branch Katie could care less about my business. I called the corporate office who apologized but they lost me as a customer for life.

  The staff is great, the bank itself is awful. I would avoid. I hate commercial banks, I’ve had all the big ones, and thought a smaller bank may be a better solution. All it has been is a headache for the most part. Transactions sometimes take up to a week to reflect on my account, my credit was affected by a payment that randomly did not go through with no apparent reason from the bank. Balancing my budget overseas has been the worst and their customer service is not available outside business hours. I cannot begin to express my frustration and the countless issues I’ve had with their system and lack of available costumer service. I could go on for days... unless youre ok with using a banks who’s systems are literally years behind standard systems, don’t bother with them. I would very much take my advice as I wish I had read a similar review before getting into this mess.
