      WARNING! FEE to cash checks drawn on this bank for non- bank customers. I went to this branch to cash a check drawn on an account at El Dorado Savings Bank. The check was written out to me, I signed it and presented the check and CA drivers license. I was asked for a credit card and if I had an account at El Dorado Saving Bank. I do not have ( and now never will have) an account with El Dorado Savings Bank then I was told that there would be a FEE to cash the check. Non-Bank customers are charged a FEE to cash checks drawn on El Dorado Savings Bank accounts when presented at El Dorado Saving Bank. I demanded the check and my ID back, took the check to my bank, deposited it and took out cash without any problem.

      Rude. Absolutely rude branch manager. Went to inquire on a home refinance. Mike kept asking me “Well how much is your house worth?” That’s not my job to determine, it’s the banks. Then Mike went to grab the paper application and returned saying he called the back office and they would only lend me half of the amount I was looking for as cash out. How did he know this information without running my credit, looking at my pay stubs, and my debt profile? Mike didn’t, he made up it all up!! I would not bother going there for any inquiries.
