  They have continually charged me twice for ATM usage. Just today, I withdrew $40, it charged me $43.. usual. But about 20 minutes later the bank throws another charge for $2.25 on my account. The people and establishments are all crooks. I will be taking legal action seeing that this is like the hundredth time they have done this. I would recommend staying as far away as you can

Electro is part of the nationwide CO-OP ATM Network of over 30,000 ATMs that you can access with no fees. You can find CO-OP ATMs here https://www.electrosavings.com/manage/account-services/surcharge-free-atms.html or download the CO-OP ATM Locator app. However, we realize there are times when you may need cash, and a CO-OP ATM is not your quickest option. In these cases, people often experience two fees. The first fee, in this instance $3, is not our fee. It is a fee charged by the ATM owner to use their ATM. This is not our fee. The second fee we assess to our cardholders for using a non-CO-OP ATM. We assess this fee because we also are accessed a fee by the owner of the ATM for our cardholder using their ATM. We encourage all our cardholders to avoid ATM fees by using one of over 30,000+ CO-OP ATMs nationwide. You can reach us directly by text or phone at 314.434.6470 for more information.

  The folks at the Saint peters location are awesome. They’re always ready to lend the hand or just give moral support to me at any time. I’ve had quite a time with fraud on my debit card but they go to the wall and back to try to resolve the issue and figure out who’s doing it.
