  After exhaustive research eLend offered the best terms with the best rate. I had an excellent experience. I expect to see this company in the top ten lists before long. Initially I was cautious, even suspicious, because their terms were so much better than everyone else. I was extra lucky. I got Bill Carroll (William J.) and he is my go to guy now. He walked me through the process step by step. When I asked him to show me that eLend really was offering those terms, he sent me documentation. Responses were always quick and helpful. I was able to take photos of documents and post them. I never had to leave my house. Jason Salazar, the loan officer, kept on top of things. We went down to the wire bc of the underwriters, but Jason really worked it so we closed on time. At closing, they even sent a notary to my house out in the middle of nowhere. My suggestion. If things aren’t going well, try to get a different Loan Originator. It can make all the difference. You need someone you can communicate well with. .

  Scammers just out to get your money. Just wasted 6 months now looking for a new lender. Never ever recommend this company to anyone.

  Highly disorganized, terrible communication, a lot of last minute requests, no sense of urgency. We eventually closed, but the process was driving me crazy. I would not use this company again.
