  Worst experience ever. We specifically told them that if we had to pay out of pocket for anything then don’t touch our vehicle. They did not listen to my wife and we still had to pay out of pocket. They did not contact us about it until after it was done and then they said why we owed them. Also the owner of that business was so rude to my wife over the phone. They were only supposed to look at her vehicle and not do any work. I will never recommend this place ever. Again worst experience ever. NEVER have your car here without looking at better places. They took my money and didn’t even fix my wife’s vehicle. They will be hearing from her attorney about getting our money back.

  Dustin, we are so sorry you are having such a tough time with your vehicle. When diagnosing/fixing vehicles repaired by other shops, it is necessary for us to take apart at least some part of the vehicle. We did let your wife know that there would be a charge to inspect the vehicle (as we do with every customer that comes into our shop). We let her know that IF the insurance company can relate it to the accident, they would cover those costs. We understand that you are both upset after having your vehicle fixed at a different shop and then still having issues that you felt were accident related. The charge was for the techs diagnostic time only, while the tech was inspecting the problems, he found 2 small issues and took care of them for you. We choose to be the shop that goes above and beyond for our customers. The $200 you paid us doesn't even cover the amount of time we spent on the phone/emails communicating with your insurance adjuster and the time your vehicle sat here while we tried to help you out.
