      I am new to town and asked a question, if the bank was open on Wednesday's, because I saw that a lot of other banks were closed. Elizabethton Federal answered my question, very fast and they are open on Wednesday's. Excellent customer service!!!!

      Great bank and open on Wednesday. No other bank in Mountain City is open on Wednesday. The staff is friendly and helpful. The branch manager Kim is awesome!!!
