      Been going to elk Grove village back and trust before they moved to the new big building off Arlington heights. Recently closed my account. Time after Time I have been disappointed by the customer service. I have been a customer for a while and have been treated like a nobody. Come in for a loan and was quoted an outrageous rate. Didn't even do a credit check. Went somewhere else for a loan and moved banks. My family members are telling me their own stories of bad experiences recently. Too bad. It used to be a great place to bank but something changed.
