      Great Bank and customer service they treat you like a human not a number like a lot of the big banks. Worked with Rainier very professional and courteous.

      I don’t give bad reviews but this place deserves it. Their drive through ATM are the worst and always take your card and make you get a new one. Plus it takes half the cash you are trying to deposit and doesn’t give the rest back nor does it deposit it. This is a problem with both locations the one in Elk Grove as well. This has happened multiple times to my brothers and first time for me and is really terrible for a bank. You can see it telling me to take my cash but the slot is closed and then it said it took my card for security reasons.

      Pretty decent but not really I’ve been sitting in this drive through for about 45 minutes, seems they’ve made a mistake cashing a check two weeks ago and are completely dumbfounded as to how to fix it. Took way too long, but the lady was nice so eh whatever
