  I want to start off by saying I think 2 stars is very generous. This whole experience was a completely bad experience. As this was our first home purchase there was a lot that we did not know. Instead of taking the time to walk us through things and thoroughly explain things we were constantly reaching out for explanations. I feel that if I were to buy another home in the future I will do a far better job researching the company that I use. I realize some of the issue were not their fault but I do believe that they could have done a MUCH BETTER job keeping us the customers apprised of what's going on. Also I would advise that they double check what is being sent to avoid hassling the home buyers for additional information that was already sent. In addition, the fee charged at the end seemed quite a bit more than what was average by comparing it online. Again, this was our first time and we have certainly learned our lesson. So bottom line, would I recommend this service provider? No.

  I apologize for the inconvenience you went through, we strive in making all the mortgage transactions as smooth as possible. It has been hard during this Pandemic working from home and not having face to face communication with processors and lenders. Also the type of loan you opted to do, only a handful of lenders are doing them in State of California, so in turn they are taking a long time to do them. There are some things just out of our control during this Pandemic. Also my processor did apologize for requesting same documents over, she just made mistake. We strive in Great Customer Service.
