We recently opened a checking account at Embassy Bank of the Lehigh Valley. (We bank at the Nazareth branch.) We have been extremely impressed with the customer service which is personal and conscientious. During the pandemic, we have witnessed and been exhausted by countless institutions/businesses in which the quality of service has plummeted to a shockingly low/non-existent level. This makes it all the more impressive how excellent the service is at Embassy. It is wonderful to have a truly local bank to bank at and support.
