Update: I raised my review to a 5 star because as promised a representative got back to me by the end of the day. It’s seem are having issues with the automated phone system and I was able to help them because of my experience. I still recommend PFFCU. I've been a customer for over 10 years and everything has been great until recently. I have been trying for a week to get a hold of someone and get put on hold. After 20 mins I hang up. I just need a simple question answered but now I have to drive to the bank which is not convenient for a simple questions.

Every time I need to call I’m on hold for over 20 minutes just to be transferred to someone else and wait again… horrible customer service….they do not have enough people at the locations, drive thru is always one person… bank could care less that lines are super long.

I went in to make a deposit but apparently there was a limit to the amount of money I can put into an envelope. I finished the transaction incorrectly because I couldn't edit the amount. I went to the window and they didn't want to answer the question.
