      Tom made the entire process very easy. We called him on a Friday afternoon and he had everything turned around in a moments time. I have heard horror stories about the loan process but Tom and the Embrace team made everything simple for us. He was also very responsive to all our questions through all forms of communication (Text/email/phone). We're first time home buyers and Tom made everything a breeze.
