      I have been a member since I had a job when I was 14. they have always gone out of there way to take great care of me . I just refinanced my home with them . karen worked her butt off to get me takin care of .

      I went in with my son to open a joint and single SAVINGS account no debit cards requested and they pulled a HARD inquiry on my credit not a soft inquiry just to verify information but a HARD inquiry as if I was applying for credit, I've banked at numerous banking institutions and credit unions and never had my credit checked in the process of open a savings account and further more I've NEVER had my credit checked without my knowledge or permission....not good...not fair...I called and talked to the lady who opened our accounts and she said I thought we talked about that I told her we didn't and also I told her if she would have informed me of the credit check that I would not have opened the account because I didn't want them to pull my credit.

      As a part of our account opening procedure, we do pull a credit report. There is language explaining this on the membership application, and your signature does grant us permission to pull it. However, we apologize if the Financial Service Rep assisting you did not explain this in greater detail.       I have had the WORST experience there over the last few years. It used to be so well run and Customer Service was a thing. Not anymore! They no longer manage their own credit cards so can be of no asdistance! Run fast, run far.... take your money somewhere else!
