Horrible bank and atm. I, a black man deposited a large settlement check from progressive. It has taken two weeks for them to make my funds available after they were cleared. My funds are still not available. It is making things hard for me and I will no doubt take action.

This bank is a joke. Their atm doesn't work half the time. The staff doesn't care and won't do a thing for you and tells you to call the 800 number for your bank. Once my card got taken and I had to get a new one. They refused to give it back to me. It was used correctly and I put the right pin. Just yesterday the ATM malfunctioned and didn't give me my money said transaction cancled and it still charged me. They're also refused to cash actual US Bank checks for me and I had to drive across town to another location to cash it. No one there should have a job and the location should just be closed if they are unable to provide basic banking services...
