      Kimberly Decker was great to work with. She was friendly, courteous, and professional. Although I had to go a different route in securing my home, she assisted me by answering any questions I had even when I had to use another lender. Would definitely recommend her to others!

      Helpful wasn't the word to describe the premire customer service Kim gave us when buying our home. She was professional, REAL, accessible, and took the time to run through many different scenarios to find us the home loan that best suited us and our needs. There are an endless amount of banks, financial institutions , and lenders out there but I promise you could work with ALL of them and NEVER find someone who will work as hard as Kim and treat you like more the just dollar signs! Thank you Kim for everything you have done for me and my family and working as hard as you did to make mine and my families dream home mortgage needs become a reality!

      Kimberly did a phenomenal job from the beginning by finding the lowest, unmatched rate, until the very end of the settlement. She was very engaged, caring and communicative throughout my journey of purchasing a new home. I called several lenders and most of them gave me rates higher than what Kimberly started with. She was always calling for anything that came up so that we could close in a timely fashion. Highly recommend Kimberly for your mortgage needs.
