      Banked with them for 25 years with no issues. Had a very emotional month and forgot to post a payment. Instead of reaching out to let me know prior to negative feedback, they sent me an email after the fact. Just shows how corporate they are and how lacking customer service is! One late payment in 25 years caused a 113 point reduction and only 7 years before it drops off! Thank you Emprise!!
