      Horrible customer service. Closed on Saturday’s due to low traffic. I’ve always done my banking on Saturday and there was always a huge line. Now working class has to take off work to handle banking needs. Didn’t have access to my money when I needed it. I’ll be referring people to Credit Union of America. This comes after the business app disaster back in august when we couldn’t access our business funds. Meritrust needs new leaders to address these issues. Should get negative stars.
