i had a very positive experience. chris was excellent in his communication and setting right expectations. just make sure you don't go in expecting to get your wishes fulfilled. Credit scores and bank statements do matter but as long as it's not abysmal you'll be fine, and worse case scenario, apart from being denied, you'll get approved for a lower amount than what u wished for. But that is standard with other companies in this industry. I just really appreciated the honesty and clarity with which for a worked to help me with my loan.
