      Worst company ever. Gave them all documentation to use a different account at half payment as it states I.my my contract and they still filed a lawsuit. Odis Tavares is the worst customer service rep. They don’t respond to phone calls until you miss a payment and then they harass you and file suit. Avoid at all cost!

      Odis Tavarez called and harassed us for payment that was already authorized. She tried to scam us into making an additional payment via Zelle. She screams at people on the phone and has a condescending tone. We speak and understand English 100% fine. She needs to be fired or trained in basic manners.
