      My husband became a member in or around has 1972. This bank is always there for us, what ever project we have, whether its a car, or home improvement. Everytime we need them they are there. (Thanks Halliburton) Endurance I hope we are members another 30 + years. The Curtis's

      Refinanced a vehicle with them and they failed to request a copy of my insurance. They apparently sent letters requesting this information months after but didn't bother calling or emailing (because we don't live in the 21st century or anything). Tacked on almost five thousand dollars for insurance, which I already had, then after finally getting a refund, they wouldn't recalculate the two payments (principal vs interest) that were made during this dispute (which I was told they would). Mind you I am a brand new customer and this refinance was handled by one of their managers.. It's not about the hundred dollars or so they swindled me out of, it's the principal of taking care of your customers.
