Had an issue With a pending charge/overdraft and they worked with me on it. Just make sure u communicate with them and they work with you much better than other banks.

I have been with ENT for over 15 years with my personal and business accounts. I will be looking for a different place to do my banking. The last year I have seen a drastic change in how they do business. I always felt that ENT had my best interest in mind and that is what drew me to them. They have demonstrated in the last year that profit is more important than member service. I would not recommend ENT to anyone as there customer service and overall banking experience is poor.
