      I want to say that Elizabeth Camacho was awesome and greeted me immediately and asked why I was there. Then she got me two bottles of water because they’re so small and said it would take few more minutes to finish up with the members she was currently helping and then she would be right with me. She was able to get the ball rolling on resolving my issue and took down my phone number and assured me that she would touch base with me next week to make sure everything got completely resolved. If all employees were as attentive and quick to respond to their customers as Elizabeth was to and for me there would be many more happy people in the world! I have no doubt things will be back in order on my account by next week. She is an excellent member relationship officer for SSFCU and I believe she deserves recognition for it. Thank you Elizabeth for all your help. I very much appreciate you.
