  Shawn Schreiner is who we dealt with for our business. He is a business banker who is professional, understanding and takes the time to listen to his customers needs.   No shared branching services even when it says shared on website

  Hello Brooke, thank you for your feedback. We currently are no longer offering Shared Branching services as it allows us to strongly focus our attention and training toward Ent products and services and supporting our members as much as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  Terrible customer service. Tried to get my daughter a bank account and they made it as difficult as possible. Front desk person provided the wrong information twice. Very unwilling to make anything work and just made my daughter's first bank experience terrible.
