We just had the most wonderful experience here! The building itself is new, clean, and modern. The first time I entered, I felt welcomed in and the staff member was able to answer all of my questions quickly and made me feel at home. Then my husband and I went back today to get some documents notarized - and all of the staff are notary trained - and they were so kind and capable. We are ENT members but plan to do lots more banking here as they showed us how much they care about great service and truly taking care of customers. Thank you!!

Excellent customer service! I've been banking with Ent for about 2 years. Recently had an issue with fees being inexplicably charged to my business account. I went into the lobby on Saturday. Unfortunately, their business banking rep was unavailable. However, the tellers I worked with, Carol and Xavier, coordinated with the business banking department and had my issue resolved first thing Monday morning. Thank you for such a fast response!
