      Do you want to wait over an hour to make an account?? Or how about waiting and then finding out I cant use my money for two weeks. Waste of time. Maybe service people faster instead of wasting their time. Update. Still the slowest bank ever. But the location in the springs is nice and fast. But I did make an account. So improvement from 1 star to 2.

      No dividends for me from Ent for the second year in a row. Wow! I’ve been with this credit union since I was a kid. I did get my dividend from USAA this month. 1/3/22: Update- I called the number below and spoke to a Member Services Supervisor. They said they pretty much ended the yearly payout program at the end of 2019, it was completely phased out by 2021. But I see a nice new building on the north end of Colorado Springs with the Ent logo on it, and a new branch in Park Meadows.

If this is regarding no year-end payout, for the last payout, most members received $10 or less so we've been continuing to study how to reward members in the best way possible. Our research has shown that members greatly value no, or lower, fees - so in 2021, we began offering zero Ent-charged ATM fees at any machine. We’re also continuing to develop products and services that, per our research, our members will most appreciate. We value you as a member, and always welcome your feedback.
