      I received a construction loan from Entegra. I was a owner/builder. Tammy was my point of contact during this process. To keep this review somewhat short, by far, worse customer experience of my life !!! Tammy would go weeks with out answering my email's , or returning my phone calls It took (almost) forever to get my draws issued when they were due. Luckily I had my own money to pay my contractors. Most of them would have sued me for non payment if I had waited on Entegra to deposit my funds. Customer service has not improved since the merger. If your looking for any type of mortgage, I would avoid Entegra Bank !!!!!!!!!
