      I’ve been with bbt for almost 3 years. Ever since they switched to Truist I’ve had nothing but problems. I woke up this morning to no one but TWO over draft fees when I never agreed to overdraft on my account. They won’t even give me one of the overdraft fees back. They stole $72 from me! I will be leaving this bank and going else where next week when I get my check! Run from this place! UPDATE: Still no refund and I went to my transactions realizing I was short on money and they actually took out 4 overdraft fees in the same day!! They stole over $140 from me!!! I’m livid!

      The bank teller was helpful and friendly. It was difficult to locate because there isn’t a large sign at the road. Only a sign for united community bank which is located next to Truist.
