  This whole loan process for us was a long journey. We went through 2 different contractors and 2 different loan types. Nick Paleologos was soooooo patient through the entire process. He was helpful and knowledgeable. Everything about the process was simple and convenient. We would 100% use Envoy again ! We loved the "all about" videos that explained each step !

  My husband and I recently refinanced our mortgage with Envoy and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Being home owners for only a short 2 years- we were extremely frustrated with the lack of customer service that our previous mortgage company was providing. In fact we were so upset with everything that we made the decision to re-finance. We chose to Work with Envoy. The whole experience from beginning to end was incredible! You get personal attention, thorough responses and the ability to speak to an actual person to answer all of your questions. We felt like their only customers.
