      My client is using this company. 2 days after we signed a contract, the loan originator called the sellers agent and requested a extension on the closing date without my knowledge. This could have been a deal breaker for my clients. They also asked for double the average amount in seller paid closing ( most likely to pocket the extra $3,000.00. I thought it was to buy the rate down but they are charging them 4.7% on top of the $6,000.00 . I would caution any of my clients that would use this mortgage company.
