      I found LenderCity on bankrate.com and worked with Gregg for my first ever mortgage. Now that I closed on the home I can say I could not expect a better experience for my loan. 1- The rate Gregg offered was the best rate I got after getting quotes from two dozens of lenders. In terms of points, his rate saved me more that $20k compared to my local lender. His rate was even better than the rate I got from my employer, which is a major bank, including employees discount. 2- He delivered what he promised. I had a tight 20 days closing deadline. Gregg promised to meet the deadline, and our closing went very smoothly. My real state agent kept telling me Gregg cannot close and we are going to lose our earnest money. But he proved her wrong by delivering on time. 3- He communicated very well. I was in touch with him via email. He always replied to my email promptly even after hours. Overall, I am very happy working with LenderCity and would definitely recommend it.
