      Incredibly nice, low fees compared to other banks, seem to have good interest rates. You can take loose change to the Ephrata branch. Lititz branch has always been good to us!

      They dont know how to handle complicated business matters or transition accounts when a spouse dies. Any problem was blamed on me and i was treated so rude. I tried multiple times to reason with them but i have given up. Lititz branch the worst.
