      I had dealings with Scott Martin and Tracy Vrabel-kept telling me documents were not being received after my sending numerous times-they threatened to cancel the re finance application because they were not received in the time allocated- just has not been a pleasant experience at all thus far-their absolutely horrible with communication with each other-and I being the one penalized.

      Two weeks out from closing on my home and I’m passed between loan processors without formal notice. I was told previously my loan was approved, he starts his email off with a congratulations that my application has been approved. Are you kidding me, back to square one? I am about to close.The new loan officer doesn’t have the decency to introduce himself or explain what has happened. He proceeds to request copies of documents I have already taken my blessed time to upload to the portal I was instructed to use when I started the process two months back. He includes in his email to me “Please contact me with any questions, I am here to assist you thru the process.” So I call him for clarification and he abruptly ends the call less than a minute or two and says he will call back or something. Unacceptable, unbelievable, poor poor service.

      My original loan officer was very hard to get ahold of. When I would bring it up she would say that I should leave a message if I missed her, however, if I did I would not get a call back. She also said she would take care of sending things to the appropriate people, then told my realtor she needed to do it and made her look foolish. She then left and my loan went to someone else. This person was a bit better but i didn’t even receive final closing numbers within the standard three days prior to closing. I don’t think I’ll be using Fulton for any future mortgages I may have.
