  I was so excited when I first started working with Bryan Yaninek towards purchasing a home. Things started off great and I got everything completed for my loan online through their portal. Then once I thought I was good to go and could start home shopping, Bryan stopped responding. I would email him questions and he would respond with one line and not even answer my questions. I sent him a text asking why the delay in communication as I was trying to submit offers on homes I had found. His response was "End of month craze." It has been over 30 days now and I still have not heard from him or the status of my loan. I would not recommend using Bryan AT ALL. Bad customer service and horrible communication.

  I worked with Bryan Yaninek. This was honestly one of the easiest loan I've ever applied for. Having a proffesional like Bryan made all the difference. He was available to figure my payments out, every time I changed something, and was able to walk me thru different scenarios. He answered my texts immediately, and even explained things in my contract that my realtor did not. I would use him again, and would highly recommend him.
