As a small business owner during the pandemic, I was in need of a bank that could help me navigate through the PPP loan application process since my credit union was not assisting in anyway. I feel incredibly fortunate to have been directed by another small business owner to April O'Neil, VP of Senior Relationship Management, who showed me a level of promptness, professionalism, kindness, and care that I've so rarely experienced. I had found out late about the last round of PPP opening up and had less than a week to get everything submitted, but April made sure it happened, even assisting me in her off hours and weekends, which I certainly did not expect. She notified me on updates every step of the way and guided me through the loan forgiveness process as well. Thanks to April, the process was smooth sailing and my small business received the financial help I needed during a very uncertain time.
