This was my 1st time getting a hard money loan. I've researched and studied and learned just enough to scare myself out of doing it. A friend referred me to Charles and he was easy to talk to and easy to work with. It was important for me to get a little extra hand holding and advice/ recommendations along the way. This process was way smoother than all my bad research of the past. Now, check back with me when my project is done and see if my project went as well as my financing! Project is complete.
