  I would recommend Robert Pratt at Equifund for all your mortgage needs. My husband and I have dealt with an ongoing horror story with a long-ago mortgage that is still "haunting" us for lack of a better word and won't go away. Because of this, we were very hesitant to go through the process of a refinance. Robert assured us we would not be "bitten again". He was able to get past all these issues and find us a good refinance mortgage with not only a lower rate but also shaved 9 years off our mortgage as well as over $50,000 in savings over life of loan. And our payment didn't go up at all. Matter of fact it went down. Thank you, Robert, and Equifund!!!!! We recommend anyone to go with them for your needs 100%.

  I can't say anuff Rob calls every Year and checks up on me and my Family and ask if he can check on rates for me no Stress no Hassel no up sale like all these Banks do. CCS Home Loans have been on my Side for several Years and have Never done me wrong. Rob has always shopped around for the best offer and provide me documentation how my loan would look like and changes he has always kept me updated. You want a Great Company looking out for your hard earned Money then Give them a Call or atheist a Try and Trust Me you will not be Disappointed.
