No access to your own money. You cannot speak to anyone. They close your account without you knowing. Just a terrible bank experience period. Do good and bank better than vystar. Ridiculous

If you go inside this is the slowest VyStar in Jacksonville for service. Either they don’t have enough tellers or the tellers don’t know what they’re doing
