  I can't tell you how great Don & Cheyanne were to work with. My wife & I were presented with a last minute opportunity to purchase the home we had been renting and I had very little knowledge of how the process of buying a home works. Don took the time on numerous occasions to not only walk me through every step of the process, but explain each step in detail to where I truly understood what was happening. Not to mention, he & Cheyanne went above & beyond in every step of this process to get us an incredible rate and keep the total costs to a minimum. In my initial search for a lender I talked with several others before finding Equitrust, and none of them even came close to the service and approach that Don provides. They were upfront, honest and just overall great people to work with through this entire process. I can't recommend Don, Cheyenne & Equitrust Lending enough.

  Don helped us finance a mountain property that had complexities that were daunting, after we had been dropped by a great local credit union that had sensible, but inflexible standards with regard to property characteristics. Don's patience, creativity, and a good sense of humor helped us get a great rate and a smooth closing in March, 2020. Did I mention that Don supports local charitable causes like Sister Carmen House? Equitrust will be my first choice for re-fi if rates go lower!

  I have worked with Don and Cheyanne at Equitrust Lending twice and keep coming back for more. I feel like I got the luck of the draw when they were recommended to me. Equitrust makes the process run as smoothly as possible. They stay current, provide wise advice, are incredibly responsive and delightful partners in the purchasing process. Most importantly to me, they have integrity. The products they offered were well-researched. They go above and beyond. Don Sprague has become a trusted advisor. I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Equitrust.
