Terrible bank. They are letting debt collectors garnish my bank account with zero notice!!! This is illegal! IM CLOSING OUT MY BANK ACCOUNT AND NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!

Nobody seems to know how to do their jobs here. Had a fraudulent charge go through that clearly wasn’t from my wife or I. Did everything they said to do, including filing a report with the bank and the WPD. It has been over 2 months and they still haven’t resolved the issue. They keep giving us the run-around instead of actually doing their jobs. The manager here said he’d look into it, but never got back with us. Been to multiple locations trying to get it resolved, but nobody seems to know how to resolve a fraudulent complaint at any Equity location. The free ATM is cool, but not worth the headache.

I travel for a living and have let the bank know that I'm frequently using my card all over the U.S. My card gets rejected all the time by Shazam, their fraud department. My card is practically unusable on the road and Jayden from Equity told me there is nothing they can do but come get a prepaid go card? Terrible bank. Switching to Intrust or Fidelity.
