      I’ve been banking with them for years had a few issues over the years but they have always done their best to fix I’m a happy customer will continue to bank there Sedalia location is one of the very best in service thanks to them

      Not a good bank to bank with! Very poor customer service especially the manager! Manager that can’t do nothing about my money being released and probably just sit there all day doing nothing. Will be switching from now on. I do not recommend banking this place at all.

      I have been an equity bank customer for almost 15 years with the Windsor branch and I decided to open an account in Sedalia for more convenience while I lived there and have had nothing but constant problems and neglectful comments as well as complete unattentiveness to policies and procedures with my account and dealt with many rude employees within my 3 years with this bank. I will definitely just be switching all of my assets to the Windsor branch as I have never in 15 years had a problem with the way they run their business they are definitely by far my 1st choice to bank with and really give you the small town banking feel that sets them apart
