      we have purchased two homes and refinanced 3 times in the past. we just purchased a third home for one of our 3 sons and closed escrow in November 2021. This last purchase we used Mr. Douglas Sorto from Equity Capital Homes Loans. Mr. Sorto is the best Loan Agent I have ever work with, he responded to my calls, emails, text messages in less than 30 minutes. He would answer all my questions promptly, walk me through the paperwork as much as I need it. One of the best virtue of MR, Sorto is that he would tell me the fact/truth.
